Physical Culture is for girls aged 3 years and older that builds confidence and poise. Physie also develops good posture, fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and balance through a regular program of exercise and dance.
Our national choreography curriculum is designed to teach the relationship of music to movement, rhythm and musical interpretation.
