Led by accredited Yoga for Menopause teacher Inge Ruigrok, Chaos to Calm offers a nourishing space to reconnect with your body, ease symptoms, and build practical tools for everyday wellbeing.

Expect a gentle yet powerful combination of yoga, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra. Learn how hormonal changes affect your body and mind—and more importantly, what you can do to feel better.

Whether you’re just beginning your journey or are well into this new chapter, this workshop will leave you feeling grounded, informed and supported.

Australia’s beloved Play School is hitting the stage in 2025 with a magical live show, Once Upon a Time!

Join Jemima, Big Ted, Little Ted and Humpty as they travel through an enchanting adventure filled with stories, songs and dance.

Play School concert, ‘Once Upon a Time’ is hosted by two Play School presenters, a live pianist, along with the toys and runs for 45 minutes.

Everything in the live concert is carefully created with pre-school children’s development in mind. The songs are designed to inspire movement, complimented by quiet times to encourage children to watch and listen. The concert will totally captivate the young audience with loads of participation, imagination and joy.

The Nurtured Village - Northern Rivers are thrilled to announce a special screening of the powerful documentary ‘SEEN’.

‘Seen’ is a moving and insightful film that powerfully explores healing, connection, and the ripple effects of emotional wellness in parenting. It not only highlights the personal journey of healing but also shines a light on the science-backed impact this has on child brain development.
