Dance like nobody’s watching! It is Mindfulness, Fitness & Fun – all in one.

Every Tuesday night we turn off the lights, turn up the retro dance hits and just boogie away our calories and stress for an hour. It is such a fun way to keep fit, in the dark, but not pitch dark! more like twilight.

Held in the Meeting Rooms at Lennox Head Cultural Centre on Tuesday nights from 7pm - 8pm. Admission is only $15 cash at the door. 

Everyone is welcome, all ages and abilities. New song list every week and we take your requests.
