Taiko drum is a beneficial whole body workout, inspired by samurai form, mind/body musical practice that participants benefit from sustained physical activity, relaxation, and reduced stress,  which make real life and a healthy routine. Making music together creates a strong sense of group identity and a feeling of belonging. Real music experiences that young people can't find on small screens. Wednesdays 4 weeks block 15th  22th, 29th March and 5th of April. $100 for 4 weeks block intensive or $30 casual. NSW Creative Kids voucher accepted.
